330ml bottle, 2015 vintage, online from the source. Pours dark red/amber with a pale beige cap. Aroma: cherries, red grapes, wood, red wine, balsamic. Taste: light tart/acetic, red wine, sour dark fruits, oak, balsamic. Medium body with frothy carbonation. Beautiful.

(Bottle) Reddish brown colour with foamy, tan head. Fruity, sourish nose with oak wood, balsamic vinegar, dried fruit, sour cherries, red fruit, some red wine and hints of coffee and chocolate. Fruity, malty, tart taste with notes of oak wood, balsamic vinegar, sour cherries and grapes, tamarind, caramel, hints of coffee and chocolate, red wine tannins and a tart, woody finish with low bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty, complex and well made with a good vinegar acidity. Very nice.
