50 cL bottle (#1432). Pours golden and clear, has yeast on the bottom of the bottle. Quickly disappearing head. Aroma is dusty, grassy. Flavour is sweet with a distinct note of something I assume may be the birch wood. Soft sweet to dry finish.

Sample at Copenhagen beerfestival. Nice head with good duration. Color is pale yellow. Aroma and taste are malt, hops and birch wood.

Draught. Bready, but citric, slightly refreshing aroma. Clear golden colour, small white head. A bit thin, but nice enough flavour for a lager. 5 3 5 3 12
Bottle, 5.5%. Weak aroma with a bit of fruit. Shiny yellow colour, very small head. Pleasantly mild and rounded flavour, a little sweet. Not a pils IMO, but very drinkable. Low bitterness and carbonation. 6 3 6 4 13

[Draught at Købehavnske Øldage] Clear pale golden, no head. Grassy and light. Sweet with hard mouthfeel. It’s way too sweet and the hop rate is much too low. This combined with a poor malt character takes this beer nowhere.

(On tap) Fully golden, basically no head. Light fruity, citrusy aromas. Also fruit in the flavour and some odd citrusy wheat esters. Actually this "pilsner" completely resembles a German Kristall wheat beer. Not bad at all, just very odd. Light bitter finish. Has birch sap added! 120705
