Dal caldo risveglio delle Paludi Pontine prende forma la Mosquito Pale Ale. Colore oro carico, schiuma bianca e compatta. Una Pale Ale che va giù dritta senza tanti giri di parole. In aroma una nota agrumata e floreale, mentre in bocca sono le sensazioni fruttate date dagli esteri del lievito a dominare. Morbida al palato, corpo medio e una carbonazione rinfrescante che fanno di questa Pale Ale la migliore risposta alle calde, umide e paludose giornate estive.

Lattina. Al naso l'aroma rimanda al luppolo e al fruttato. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è grossolana. La parte liquida offre una visione offuscata. Il colore è giallo dorato torbido. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona e persistente. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sul palato si riportano indizi di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, luppolo, un accenno di resinoso, erbaceo, agrumi e pompelmo.

On tap at Hoppy Days, Amsterdam. Pours cloudy orange, medium white head. Citrus, moderate hoppiness, malty, zesty. Sweetish with light to moderate bitter finish. Medium bodied.

(Draught at Hoppy Days, Amsterdam, 17 Sep 2016) Pale amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of orange, mandarin, caramel and apricots. Malty, fruity taste with citrus, orange, mandarin, apricots, toast and a balanced citric bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and well made pale ale. Nice one.

Draught @ Hoppy Days shared by sic1314. Clear dark golden color, medium sized white head. Aroma is lightly malts, hops, lightly fruity. Tastes about the same: some malts, some hops, lightly fruity, a hint of toffee malts, nicely bitter with a decent fruit - bitter finish. Decent body and carbonation.

Draft at Hoppy Days. Pours clear dark golden with a white head. Aroma of toffee, malt, light citrus, dough and a light weedy note. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter with some tropical fruit coming out in the palate. Light to medium bodied with light carbonation.
