Bottle from Voldby. Hazy amber with a lasting off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and moderate hoppy - citrus. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish. 140315

How: Bottle.
Where: NK Bar, Stockholm.
Appearance: Hazy dark golden colour with an off-white head.
Aroma: Tropical fruit, citrus, hops, pine.
Body: Medium body, low carbonation.
Flavour: Grapefruit, citrus, tropical fruit, grass.

Bottle. Pours a hazy golden pale orange color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity grapefruit hoppy aroma. Fruity malty grapefruit hoppy bitter flavor. Has a fruity malty grapefruit hoppy bitter finish.

33cl bottle @ nk bar. Batch no 01. Pours cloudy amber, thick white head. Sweet tropical fruity, some grapefruit, grass and malty notes. Flavor has sweetness, grapefruit, caramel, fruit juice. Like the body, nicely balanced, just enough sweetness in this Dipa. Lingering grapefruity finish.

Sample from 33 cl bottle. Milky golden colour with a creamy, off-white head. Fruity aroma with citrus, grape, caramel and grasses. Taste is bitter. Medium to full body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes dry and bitter with citrus and grasses. Very enjoyable.

33 cL bottle. Pours murky orange with no head. Aroma is grapefruity, crisp hoppy. Smooth fruity, slight herbal and slight leathery. Herbal. Crisp hoppy, dry and fruity finish.

Bottle - fuzzy golden pour with white head. Aroma and taste is fresh fruity and light malty, lovely medley of citrus and tropical fruits across the palate, some pine needles, juicy and good bitter finish. Lovely.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy golden with a lacing off-white head. Intense spicy aroma hops, slightly greasy. Very rich, malty body, lots of fruit and this rather enticing and spicy Galaxy thing. Good, late bitterness. 170115
