Bottled@SBWF2015. Amber colour, small brown head. Aroma is raisins, plum, some sour wood and mild spicy notes. Flavour is fruity, wooden, plummy and resiny.

Bottle at SBWF2015. Dark amber color, medium-sized creamy beige head. Light nose has prunes and vegetables. Caramalt, vegetables and light spiceyness. Maybe even earthy notes. Sweetish, a bit messy.

Bottle @sbwf15. Dark brown, thin off white head. Mild acidic, dried fruits, bready malts. Flavor has caramel, bread, dried fruits, spicy notes. Pleasant.

(Bottle) Chestnut brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty nose with caramel, brown sugar, dark bread, raisins, nuts and a touch of chocolate. Malty, slightly fruity taste with notes of caramel, crisp-bread, brown sugar, some orange peel, chocolate and a certain citric/spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. Tasty and well made. Quite nice.

Flaska från SB. Mörkt kopparfärgad med tjockt skum. Det första som slår mot näsan är bubbelgum och päronskal. Misstänker att något gått snett med detta exemplar. Det finns en ton av säd om man letar noga. Maltig, stram och sedan bubbelgum igen. Bryggaren målar med bred hagelbrakare, man vet aldrig riktigt vad man får.

Smak och doft av humle, rostad malt, kryddor, karamell och toner av bröd, frukt och choklad. Blev bättre efter hand som ölet blivit lite varmare.
