Light bodied and typically Belgian. We begin with water of a profile typically found in Antwerp. Pale malt and wheat malt provide the base and saaz hops the crisp bitterness. Our chosen yeast delivers a spicy zest and the addition of coriander in the boil and fermentation ensures an aromatic after-note reminiscent of a true 'wit'. Unfiltered, the resultant beer has the body and mouth-feel of a hefeweizen.

Draught. Slightly cloudy yellow with small whitish foamy head, slight doughy aroma, sour citrusy taste, low carbonation, long sour finish. Quite a nice brew.

Hazy gold with a white head. Lemon, spicy aroma. Flavor is much the same with coriander and lemon being the major players. Highly carbonated body. Nice and crisp, perfect for the summer (as the name implies).
