Bottle shared at Cafe Abseits during the Bamberg Jolly - January 2014. Cheers! Pours clear gold with a light, white foam head. Good balance to this one, with some herbal hops, dry pale malts. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with some citrus notes, more pale bread. Nice.

Bottle from Mouton Rouge, Canterbury. Hazy amber thin white head. Belgian yeast and green hop aroma. Excellent use of Belgian yeast and then the hops are just magnificent on the finish. May need a little more backbone, but that hoppy bitter slightly gun metal finish is superb. Yeast carries on throughout. Just lovely. Could drink this all night.
