Clear deep nutty color with a fine thick off white head. Good lacing. Looks really nice. Ok intensity in the aroma with no bad notes. Medium body and a fine carbonation. Ok balance between sweetness and bitterness. Nutty, bready and fruity flavor. Nice dunkel!

Flaska från SB. Smak och doft av mörk choklad, vanilj, bröd, karamell, torkad frukt, farinsocker rostad malt med toner av kaffe och laktris. Lagom söt, en aning spretig i smakerna, bra efterbeska.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival, 5 Oct 2013) Black colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with chocolate, dark bread and coffee. Malty, roasted taste with notes of chocolate, black rye bread, coffee and a gentle roasty bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Well balanced and tasty. Nice one.

Draught@SBWF2013. Deep brownish amber colour, with a small beige head. Aroma is mildly roasted malts, some slight toffee as well as some raisins and quite sweet syrupy notes. Flavour is quite sweet malts along with a mild roasted and chocolaty/toffeeish note to it. Actually not that far from some of the Czech dark lagers, although has a slightly stronger body due to a higher abv.

Sampled draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival 2013, on September 28 (Saturday). At the Nääs stand.Hazy dark brown color, creamy tan head. Sweet malty scent. Sweet, malty, clean taste. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bitterness. Spicy aftertaste.
