Good stuff! Not a huge fan of classic mölska (braggot) but this is damn solid!

On tap at Sjätte Tunnan, April 2013. (served in a mug) Hazy orange with a small white head. Sweet aroma and taste of lemon, spices, grain, ginger and some honey. On the thin side but quite ok.

@ sjätte tunnan from an eartenware mug. A very special kind of beverage well suited for the medieval atmosphere of the restaurant. Amber colour, although hard to tell from the mug. Sweet fruity taste with a thin body.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival, 18 Sep 2009) Hazy, pale amber colour with brief, white head. Malty nose with notes of honey and grain. Fruity, malty taste with honey, grain and spices. Rather thin body, fairly sweet. Not the most complex of meads, but the comparatively low abv makes it quite drinkable. Decent.

(Draught at Sjätte Tunnan, Stockholm) Sweet almost malty scent, rather fresh with some citrus. Sweet citrus taste, also apples. A bit spritzy mouthfeel. No bitterness. Sweet aftertaste. Golden color, but served in a ceramic mug, no head.

[At Stockholm Beer Festival 2005] A hazy orange mead with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet and dominated by rosehips, but with honey likngering in the back ground. The flavor is quite thin honeyish. The thiness makes it boring - but what can You expect from a 6.3% ABV Mead.

Casked
Hazy nut brown, small white head. Spicey ginger aroma. Medium-bodied, mildy spicey, not very sweet as you could expect from mead. Hides alcohol quite well.

Draught. Orange hazy colour with small white head. Ginger in aroma along with bitter fruit. Flavour of ginger, citric fruit and hops. Very pleasant. Long gingerish and fruitish aftertaste.
