It is debatable what the apples are singing, but the fantastic flavour of this cider is indisputable.
Complexity, textured mouth feel and lots of fresh apple flavour are delivered using a blend of two-thirds eating apples and one-third heirloom French and English cider apple varieties.
This more traditional cider is perfect for when you’re looking for something different or broadening your cider-drinking horizons.

355ml can from Oak Barrel, Sydney. Hazy golden colour, white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of juicy fruity apple, twiggy funk. Taste is fruity fleshy apple, alittle core & skin, tangy and mellow, with some woody funk and drying tannins. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely ddrinkable.

Can. Cloudy gold with a torrent bubbles breaking the surface. Aroma of sweet and quite tangy apples, hints of cheese. Light bodied, fizzy. Soft and sweet at first with clearly sweet apples and hints of cooked ones, then quite form acidity takes over. Some lemon and strawberries, rosewater. Pretty good - refreshing with a bit of structure.
