Pours slightly hazy gold with a massive head.Nose shows elderflower, lemon pith, pineapple, pears and lychee.Flavours include a bit of funk, some doughy/yeasty bready notes, some more lemon pith and a slightly off-putting astringency in the finish.

Can. Hasn't got the full cringeworthy spiel on the can. FFS. Somewhat hazy pale gold with a large white head. Aroma of funky tropical fruit and citrus - mango, Australian (acidic) pineapple, grapefruit - some menthol and Dubbin, crackers. Really quite sour. Lightbodied, maybe slightly slippery Just crackery malt, sour citrus (grapefruit and lime). Some bitterness at the end. Some real depth to the funk and sourness. Refreshing. Good.

(Old man alert) Why call a beer 'Hey, Zed!'...... Pint on tap at Basement Brewhouse, Bankstown. Pale yellow beer with a thin film of foam on top. Aroma of rockmelon and overripe fruit. Light body, mild fizz. Finish is lightly fruity and yeasty. Insanely easy to drink. Really great.
