Bottle thanks to AJ. Pours a very dark brown with small beige head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is strong cinnamon, rye, cocoa, vanilla, roast, bourbon, wood. Slick body, similar flavors to nose, boozy finish, very good.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Pours an opaque black with a small, beige head. Nose is spicy to a cloying degree, cinnamon and vanilla blended. Rich body, solid sweet roast and then again this load of spices that I honestly have a very hard time dealing with. Very difficult to drink. 080916

12oz bottle pours an inky black with some creamy, beige head. Nose is real cool, the cinnamon is right at the front but not abrasive, earthy, peppery, aromatic, the rest of the nose has molasses and licorice, plenty of malt, vanilla, soft wood notes. Flavor is extremely well blended, heavy molasses, some coffee bean, some chocolate, a little cola, vanilla, cinnamon, black pepper. Extremely well balanced and easy to drink.

Bottle shared. Pours near black with a small short lived beige head. Aroma of cinnamon, chocolate, oak barrel/bourbon/vanilla, coconut, malt, toffee and a light roast. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a big cinnamon, coconut, boozy barrel and vanilla palate. Light medium oily mouthfeel. Full bodied with soft carbonation. Really enjoyed this one, thought it would be good, but it’s better than expected.

bottle courtesy of and shared with Kermis. Thin ring tan head. Clear black pour. Coconut aftertaste with a hint of cinnamon. Very good brew.
