Aroma of citrus, spicy yeast, floral notes, hint of funk, hops. Flavour is light to moderate sweet with a welcome moderate to medium bitter finish. Not that sweet and rather hoppy, my kind of Tripel.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Hazy orange coloured brew with big foamy head kind of fruity and some candy-like of taste. Quite decent Tripel from the brewery thats located in a village with the smallest inhabetants with an brewery.

26 April 2022. At Hal 16 (Dok Brewing). Shared with the lovely Anke!
Clear golden, small, foamy, off-white head. Aroma of raw barley, apple peel, pear, unripe banana, bread crust, yeast. Taste has sweet banana & pear, bitter grain & straw in a yeasty, dry-bready malt body. Grassy hoppy finish, quite dry & bitter, still grainy & yeasty, dash of warming jenever-like alcohol. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Almost a tad too 'raw', the estery profile being pushed away by the grainy maltiness, but surprisingly hoppy and modern.

Heel goed.
Nice dry phenolic yeast driven flavours. Strong and boozy, but balanced. Arendsnest Amsterdam

(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 26 Feb 2020) Amber colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with caramel, toffee and orange peel. Malty, fruity taste with notes of toast, orange peel, dried fruit, apricots, black-currant and a generous spicy bitterness. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Nice one.

Bottle. 9,5% on the label. Amber color. Floral aroma with a hint of citrus and pineapple. Sweetish, slightly grassy. Hint of pepper. Well balanced, the alcohol is well hidden.Earlier Rating: 9/24/2006 Total Score: 3.7Dark golden color, frothu head. Pineapple and a touch of flowery hops in the aroma. Sweetish, malty flavor, with a flowery and earthy hoppiness powering through. Tropical fruit in the aftertaste. Well balanced with a limited alcoholcharacter. Good.
