Bottle, 10C. 7% ABV. Almost clear amber with a coat of white head. 3+ Aroma seems shy for a moment then develops - Bretty stone fruit and bracken (no funk), light earth, floral, bitter orange and lime leaf. Medium bodied, lowish carbonation. Upon a sip it seems some of the earth and intense floral notes are honey, but there's little sweetness. The palate is clean and there's a transparency to the malt (again assisted by the honey I'd guess) that makes the delicate citrus flavours shine at the moderately bitter end. I would have liked a touch more bitterness but this is a very fine beer.
