Bottle. Brown with a light beige head that threatens to fizz away whilst pouring but then forms a dense cap that lasts indefinitely. Aroma is malty and earthy with a mixture of sticky bred crusts, toffee and honey. Light creamy texture. Taste is mainly run by floral honey with the beer element left a bit behind. The earthiness is joined by a woody spice note and is more easily identifiable as wattleseed. The finish is pretty dry but I would have liked a little more bitterness. Still, very involving for 4%.
