Tap at the Gouda Winterbier fest, 2014. Poured a hazy dark amber with a bubbly broken off white head. The aroma is rich ripe fruit and yeast. The flavour is light bitter with a weak watery veggie palate. Medium bodied with flat carbonation.

Sampled @ PWBF Gouda 2014. Very hazy dark orange to reddish color, small off-white head. Smell and taste malts, some sweetness, something I can’t quite put my finger on. Hmm ok.

On tap at PWBF’14. Hazy amber-brown colour, off-white head. Aroma of grain, husks, cocoa, some dark fruits. Flavour is sweet, malty, grainy, chocolate, light fruity, bitter malty finish. Watery for 8.5%. My guess is this is brewed at St. Servattumus.
