375ml bottle into tulip (because it's an epicurean experience!). Twist-top cap kinda undermines the classy marketing but not as much as the skunky 'green bottle' nose! Golden amber beer with fulsome frothy white head. High fine carbonation. Light body. Taste is sour grains and tin. Finish is more tin, grains and vinegar. Much like its marketing premise, this beer looks good but leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

You’d expect this to be to be a Wit, but no. It’s "white" in the sense of "Red or white, luv?", the question that pretty much sums up the job of a sommelier apparently. You couldn’t make it up. Bottle. Gold with a large white head that lasts pretty well. Aroma of crackers, some toast, lemon, light spices, green mango. Thin. Much drier than any Boag’s beer I’ve tried before with crackery malt not quite up to the surprising spiciness of the hops (Enigma is usually much fruitier). Bitterness is moderate but cuts through well. It’s OK and slightly more ambitious than expected.
