330ml bottle at bar outside the Olympic Stadium before the NRL Grand Final. Into plastic cup. Hoppy fruity nose. Golden bronze beer with thin white head. Very little carbonation. Laces OK (in a plastic cup!) Taste is bitter and grainy, finish is dry with late lemon and earthy hops. Really nice IPA, hard to believe it's 6.1%

[4/18] Bottle. Reddish amber. Clear with a light beige head that settles to a fat coat. Rich rye bread aroma with some grapefruit, mango skin, pine. Medium bodied and much less sweet than a sniff led me to guess. Light bread, peppery rye bite, citrus, light tropical and pine notes. Bitterness at the dryish spicy end is really just enough to provide a finish. Don't know whether it's a good idea to call it an IPA but it's a good beer I'll drink more of this Autumn. [3.6][8/18] A few more bottles over the cooler months. Easy enough drinking, soft spoken complexity. More than solid.
