Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 8
Tap. Gold with a small white head. Aroma : Grapefruit and bitter orange, some herbs, grass, slight damp hay. Light bodied. Tastes much as it smells - mainly citrusy hops dominate. Dry bitter finish lingering orange, pepper.- nice but lacks usual personality and balance of La Sirène - the (local) Cascade hops are punchy but for me are a little much.
