Taster at GABS Auckland 2017. Pours dark. Coffee, cherry, raspberry, over tart white wine vinegar. Coffee sours are one that is really hard to get right for me, and this missed the mark.

Tap. Doesn’t say nitro on the list but it settles very like it: black with an emerging dense light tan head that lasts. Aroma of coffee flavoured natural yoghurt, orange zest. Quite sour with moderate astringency and citrus. Coffee, berries, tangy wheat. Smelled like but didn’t taste much like beer - more like a very coffee flavoured kefir. Weird: simultaneously wacky and really rather polished. Liked it more than expected.
