Copper brown, a bit hazy, thick long beige head. Sweet, fruity, malty, caramel and floral honey. Spiciness in the finish, a bit dry. Very nice.

Lol. Brewed with dandelions but I thought it was brewed with soy, but it's just that the brewery is from Soy, Belgium. Anyway. Really unique taste, somehow coats the tongue with a spicy presence. Not for the faint of heart, like their green saison. 2021.

Bottle from HIranoya. Aroma is interesting, green, grassy, sharp. Taste is good, light caramel, malt, earthy, sweet, floral, cherry drops. Sharp again. Nice. Dodged the Fantome bullet again!

Corked bottle from spring 2003. Orange brown color. Flowery hay-like aroma with mago, slightly perfumed. Tropical fruit and an upcoming sourness in the flavor, mixed wtith slightly perfumed floweri notes. Honey and citrus in the aftertaste. Not a sign of tiredness after more than 5 years.

Clear, orange-reddish colored, medium off white head. Malty, toasted bread, bit caramel, some citrusy notes, flowery floral, medium bitterness, some spicy notes, I'd even say buckwheat notes but probably dandelion. Rather sweet. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, oily.

Delirium, overdue "vintage" bottle. Very malty, slightly herbal, caramel. Medium sweet, builds a little, herbal fruity notes. Thanks Fish.
