Cette Gose à la mangue n'est pas réellement convaincante. Tout d'abord parce que les arômes de mangue ne sont pas francs et qu'également l'acidité est poussée est donc mettant à mal les arômes (d'ailleurs on peut mettre en corrélation le deuxième point par rapport au premier). J'aurais apprécié une bière plus fruitée et équilibrée avec juste une touche d'acidité pour donner pep's. LE visuel est sur un blond paille trouble avec une fine mousse blanche. Le nez est très marqué sur l'acidité avec citron et vinaigre, des arômes de céréales. On cherche la mangue sans réellement la trouver. Cela est identique à la dégustation avec une attaque très acide laissant avant tout s'exprimer vinaigre et citron. Des arômes fruités d'orange et de mangue se ressentent tout de même en seconde bouche, mais pas en dominante, mais plutôt sur la base sous-jacente. L’arrière-bouche, comme l'attaque est très acide. L'alcool à 4 % tient plutôt bien sa place par contre. La corpulence est également honnête tout comme le final qui se rééquilibre légèrement. Cette Mango Gose ne me met en tout cas pas dans les cordes.

330ml can from Monster and Beer, Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. Poured a murky, yellow golden colour with a short-lived frothy white head. The aroma is big mango and not much else. The flavour is light sour, with a light tart mango, mineral, light biscuit yeast, earthy, leather polish palate. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation. More like a fruit beer than a gose. There really was hardly any sourness at all and what there was came from the light tartness of the fruit.

Hop Nation The Punch Mango Gose 4% The sunny weather had me wanting a Gose. The aroma on this orange colored brew that looks like OJ in certain light was tart in ripe mango rind. Medium bodied, tart and acidic up front but there is a rich mango to it as well. Nice stuff.

(Can) Pours cloudy golden amber with no head. Lovely tangy fruity aroma - mango, citrus, hints of rose. Medium body with modest bright carbonation. Great taste too, along similar lines to aroma. Tangy, fruity. Mangoes, green mangoes, lemon, floral / rose hints. There is a hint of salt towards the end of the taste profile providing some nce balance in the finish. Very drinkable.

On tap at Rainbow Hotel. Pours fruit juice orange. Vaguest of mango notes on nose. More mango flavour in glass, but none of the saltiness expected. Look elsewhere.

Pours hazy gold with a quickly fading head.Nose shows heavy mango along with some passion fruit and a faint bit of a sulfurous character.Flavours include more mango, a reasonable acidity, a bit of passion fruit, soft salty notes and faint lemon.

At a tasting, thanks, small bubbly slightly creamy head, murky orange color with yellow hues, slightly green mango aroma with some passion fruit, flavor of mango, goat cheese and something feral, light sourness and saltiness. Very nice and drinkable.

Can sample at a tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Thanks troubles. Murky yellow. Big (slightly unripe) mango aroma. Tart flavor, faint sweetish note, with mango, citrus, some salt, light smoky phenolic note. Quite light-bodied. Nice and refreshing.
