Taster on tap at Beer Deluxe, Sydney. Faint nose, pale yellow beer, slight haze. Light carbonation.Good lacing. Taste is slightly bitter, finish is slightly nutty. Run of the mill lager.

Pours gold with a large head.Nose shows passionfruit, lychee, pear as well as spicy hops notes. Some light honey and biscuity malt.Flavours are very similar but with more of a focus on floral rather than fruity hops.

Very pale ornage with a modest white head.Aroma of gooseberry, lime, passionfruit, paw-paw, crackers. Very light bodied but just shy of watery. Carbonation seems a little on the low side for something like this. Somehow there’s enough crackery malt to make it work, but it’s still mainly about the hops. And because the whole thing’s so light they don’t have to be brash to be prominent or for the modest bitterness to register. It’s well done but a bit tentative for me.
