Pours dark brown with a small head.Nose shows caramel, custard, soft funk, raspberry, blackberry.Flavours include sweet caramel, soft grape and a light acidity.

Clear brown with a wisp of beige head that’s soon gone. Aroma of bread, the forest floor, mellow wine vinegar, pickling spices, oak. Lovely. Slightly slippery texture with low carbonation. Some stewed berries and chocolate with the bread, gentle brooding sourness, aged vinegar. Gentle spices and oak that grips a little more after a time at the end.
