375ml bottle pours out red topped with a pink head. Nose is nice big sweet raspberry jam notes and a little tartness. Taste is more of the nice sweet raspberries a little tart funk note.

375ml bottle pours a dark purple, nearing brown, with some sticky, white head. Nose is jammy, raspberry, blackberry too, some red pear, a little nail polish perhaps, some fruity candies. Flavor is solid too, not a funk bomb, light cheesiness, but otherwise raspberry, blackberry, some jammy notes, apple reduction too. Finishes light, lightly sweet, just a touch tart. Low acid makes it very easy to drink.

Between mahagoni and red. Aroma is raspberry and raspberry jam, sliiight belgian funk, bonbon, sugar grains. Taste is raspberry jam, medium sourness, moderate sweetness, very little bitter grassiness. Body is present. Not watery. Refreshing, not very complex, easy to drink. Quite balanced between sour and sweet. Very fruity. Could drink this more often.

375 ml bottle at home. Light hazy dark amber to copper color with off white to pinkish head. Fruity aroma, sweet raspberries, light tart berries notes, caramel - sugar. Sweet fruity and light acidic taste like aroma, some vinous notes. Light to medium thin to oily body with soft carbonation.

0.375 l bottle from ’Etre Gourmet’, best before end 2016. Clear, deep red with a medium large, slightly fluffy, slowly diminishing, pinkish white head. Sweetish, just minimally sourish, very fruity aroma with massive raspberries up front, some red grapes and a touch of sorbet powder, no funk whatsoever. Sweetish, a bit sourish, very fruity taste of lots of raspberries, sorbet powder, red grapes and hints of wood, followed by a short, just slightly tart, a little woody-dry finish. Thin to medium body, minimally astringent and quite effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Quite nice, easily drinkable, very refreshing of course, but far from deep and displays only traces of lambic.
