37cl bottle. Clear ruby red pour with a short-lived pink head. Smells like raspberries and raspberry yoghurt. The taste is full of raspberries, raspberry jam and yoghurt, with no lambic funk present at all. Refreshing and delicious.

The beer pours a vibrant reddish purple color. This pour was quite clear, not even any haze. Fizzy pinkish head blooms up quickly, but it dies down after a couple minutes. Lots of lacing. The aroma has raspberries and funk but with a touch of artificial sweetness. Some jamminess to the fruit flavor. Funk is pretty mild but provides a nice fruity, barnyard flavor. Taste is moderately sweet with a nice tangy sourness. Mild to moderate acidity. The sweetness is actually pretty nicely balanced against the tangy sourness. It’s very easy to drink. No real off notes. Fizzy with a little body and pretty light pucker. I liked this more than I expected to.
