440ml can. Pours red brown with a white head. Aroma is strong, with plenty of pine, caramel and orange. Flavour hits the same notes with a beautiful bitter caramelised orange finish. Very nicely put together, if not the most imaginative combination.

Light haze on this deep amber beer, good cream colour head. Palate is airy, mildly dry and has good fine carbonation. Smooth creamy malts, caramel, mild to medium sweetness. Fair dose of hop spice. Marmalade. Little fresh juicy orange and touches of hop skunk and pine. Smooth finish leaves a long hop spicy linger. Juicy and very drinkable.

Tasting at Matt’s, can
Hazy amber color. Very nice aroma, the caramelly malts have candy quality, and the hops provide large amounts of resins and orange. Good body, very nice caramel flavor, moderately sweet, perfectly blending with the the resiny hops, sweet oranges.
Robust, very well constructed.

440mL can, pours a hazy dark orange amber with a medium beige head. Aroma brings out a nice mix of resinous hops and caramel bready malt -- very punchy. Flavour is well-balanced and punchy, with lots of resinous hops and caramel malt sweetness that provides a good body. Clean and robust, with everything in proportion. Very good.

From gorgeous can. Pours luscious amber. Nose has piney hop notes. Great big malt rush heavy on the caramel. The hops just keep up. Quite a buzz.

From a 440ml can on 1/12/2015. Pours amber with quite a big head. The aroma features fruit, marmalade and honey. There’s lots of sweet dark and stone fruit and marmalade in the mouth, with dollops of toasty malt, and a firm spicy hops at the back. The texture is syrupy and a bit creamy, and the carbonation soft. Bold, complex, lovely.

Can. Clear reddish amber with an inch of beige head that’s never less than a coat and leaves lots of lace. Just a great looking glass of beer. Aroma of kumquats, pine, sticky bread crusts. Some floral and herbal notes, just a touch of booze. Sweet with some grapes and dried fruit in amongst the bread and caramel. Citrus flavours are there but get a little obscured. Quite bitter at the end. Not really my sort of thing.
