Of amber yellow colour and crowned by a snow white, persistent foam, it is simple and fresh in the mouth. The citrus aromas of the hops, recalling the grapefruit, are enriched by the fruity and spicy aromas of the yeasts.
Not filtered, not pasteurized and refermented in bottle or keg.
Available in bottle of 33 and 75 cL and kegs of 20 L.

Bottiglia. Il naso riconosce indizi di orzo. La finezza olfattiva è normale 4 è elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è media. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è discreto. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al palato prevalgono impressioni di miele, crosta di pane, erbaceo, spezie e agrumi.

Gylden. Klar. Høyt kritthvitt luftig skum som daler veldig sakte. Litt lacing. Aroma av grønne epler. Smaken gjær & krydder. Forsiktig tørr bitter avslutning.

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.9%. Pale golden colour, a slight haziness, large white head. Aroma of sweetish pilsener malts, Belgian ale yeast, and floral and fruity hops, notes of plums. Flavour with the same elements, also distinct spicy notes, both from the yeast and the bittering hops.

Bottle. Gold with a large white head. Aroma has floral, lemon and mildly funky yeast notes, apricots, crackers. Very highly carbonated, quite a lot too much. Saison-like mixture of sweet, tart and quite bitter with a dryish finish. Under-ripe apricots, nectarines, lemons, pepper. Pretty rambunctious beer.
