330ml bottle into shaker. Subtle aroma, malty, mango, herbs. Cloudy bronze/orange beer with white head. A random bubble appears occasionally. Oily texture, full bodied. Flat with a touch of bitterness. The finish is grapefruit, herbs and mango. Excellent.

Bottle. Amber with an inch of off white head that lasts well. Aroma of mandarins, pine, crusty bread, lychees. Creamy texture, moderate carbonation. Sweet with bread, a little caramel, tropical fruit, mandarins, a little pine. Moderate bitterness could bite a little more for me and would were the finish a little drier. Not all that hop driven, but a pleasant and fairly complex beer.

From a 330ml bottle on 12/12/2014. Pours a cloudy very dark golden with a small head. Has a light sweet fruity aroma. Flavour wise, there’s a fair bit of toasty malt and lots more sweet fruit (hints of citrus, stone and tropical), with a bit of a tang noticeable. There’s a moderate hop bitterness at the back but it doesn’t really present as an IPA to me. It’s more a curious cross between and amber and pale ale. If you can forget that it erroneously self identifies itself an IPA, it’s actually not to bad.

Pours amber with a small head.Nose shows apricot and floral hops along with biscuity malt and diacetyl.Flavours are quite malty, more caramel, toffee and diacetyl notes. Some spicy hops and an assertive bitterness.Nice moderately high carbonation.
