Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8
Clear gold with a few specks of white head at the rim. Aroma is woody and musty with apples, damp hay, almonds, lemon rind. 8+ Low carbonation. Sour and very woody with spiced apples and sweet hay. 7 Not quite as much complexity to the funk as in the aroma and I wish the finish were a little drier, but good and interesting.
