Blame it on the sunshine. Blame it on the moonlight. Blame it on the good time. But don't blame it on the boogie, oh no no no. 'cos without the boogie you ain't got the sass in this bottle, yo!

Bottle sample at a tasting at kerenmk’s place. Thanks Tom L. Clear golden with a bubbly white head. Aroma of graininess, cardboard, a bit of fruitiness. Sweetish flavor with wheat, artificial watermelon. Over-carbonated. Not good.

Bottle at Good Beer Company, Singapore. A bit hazy golden with a white head. Aroma and taste mostly dominated by watermelon and some light spices. Drinkable but odd.

[backlog] 02-05-15 // bottle at home in Melbourne. Light hazy golden, fast disappearing small head. Quite fruity nose. Taste is light yeasty then some fruits, watermelon, citrus. Bit watery. Refreshing.

Bottle 33 cl thanks to jduvet! On June 24, 2014.Cloudy yellow to apricot skin color, small white head. Sweet, alcohol, fruity, some banana scent. Melon, yeast, fruity, some clove taste. Clove, yeasty aftertaste. Very fizzy mouthfeel, very low bitterness. The scent and taste are very different, the melon taste would do better without the strong yeast character present. Very very very fizzy mouthfeel, detracts a lot from the perception of the beer.

Pours pale yellow with a small fading head.Aroma of doughy wheat, lime, soft watermelon and grainy malt.Sweet flavours: the watermelon is more prominent; the lime is still there; and there’s some soft grainy malt in the finish.Body feels watery.

Bottle. Cloudy pale orange with a modest white head. Sourish wheat, banana, lemon, mint - no obvious watermelon (not that I’m much of a fan of it). But there’s a burst of it in the taste, as well as light bready and slight lactic notes. No real zip to the finish and only little trace of the lime and less of the mint. Not sure this one is quite as planned. Pretty guzzleable in the heat, though.
