Pours pale amber with a large, lasting head.Nose shows pine, resinous hops, pear and some soft sweet clean malt.Similar flavours. Pine, resin, spicy hops. Very little malt.Carbonation seems a little high. Not bad, although not what I’d expect from galaxy.

From a 500ml bottle on 16/5/2013. Pours a clear medium golden with a medium bright white head. Has a glorious floral, fruity aroma featuring lots passionfruit and lychee. There’s some moderate caramel and toffee malt notes up front, along with masses of sweet fruit, including more passionfruit, apricot, peach and mango. But this one is all about the hops. A sharp, lingering grapefruit bitterness is the backbone of this fabulous IPA. The body and carbonation are medium. A delicious, challenging full on brew.

Golden-tan w slight haze. Has a catty, gooseberry quality that tells me this is an accent hop not quite ready for a solo. Rich hoppy taste but harsh bitterness. For me, this isn’t a "single hop" type of hop.

Bottle, 10C. Clear orangish gold with a modest white head. Aroma of passionfruit, apricot, oranges and melons, light biscuit. Creamy mouthfeel. Lots of tropical fruit and kumquats in the taste, a little biscuit, moderate bitterness in a dryish finish.
