En helt grei islandsk lettøl. Passer fint til råtten hai. Utroolig godt :-). Flaske i Akureyri på Island mens haien tinet. Hold dere unna de mørke bitene er mitt tips. På haien altså. Dette var en svært lys lager. Noe tynn i smaken også. Mild og lite bitterhet. Falt muligens noe igjennom pga den sterke haismaken...

330ml bottle into schooner. Minimal hop aroma. Crystal clear pale yellow with sudsy thin head. Slight bitter taste. Tiny bit of spicy hops in the finish. Nondescript.

(Bottle) Clear straw, loose very short-lived head. Distinctive but not very pleasant aroma: vegetables, cardboard. Light and fizzy like soda. Watery grainy flavour with a bit of citrus tang and a hint of unappealing bitterness in the finish. Really quite an unpleasant beer.

Bottle, as Viking Pilsner Bjór, 4.4%. Pale gold with a white head. Grainy aroma with some flowers and spices. Taste is bland and sweetish with substantially less than balancing bitterness. Pretty watery and bland, but not awful.

A light yellow beer with no head. The aroma is sour as if there has been used brewing cereal in it. The flavor is kind of flat and a bit sour - but it''s an OK maltblend that has been used for it. It doesn''t really taste like a beer.

The Icelandic water is supposedly the best on earth, but I do not understand why they should label it beer?
