Bottle, 10C. Clear amber with an off-white head that lasts quite well. Aroma of lemon curd, dough, caramel, strawberry bubblegum. Taste is sweet with caramel, dough, berries, citrus, some herbal notes. Tastes like a mixture of two very different beers. And whilst it’s impressive in that so many disparate elements shine through, it wasn’t a mixture that worked at all for me.

Pours amber with a large, lasting head.Nose shows caramel and nutty malt, sweaty funky notes, spicy phenols and doughy wheat. Pretty eclectic. The doughy and funky characters carry through as flavours, along with the phenols. Not much else though unfortunately; these three aspects don’t really carry a beer. Alcohol is a little too noticeable.Carbonation seems a little excessive.

light copper color. Creamy white head. Very strange estery character. A bit of dried strawberries. Malty mouth. Interesting.
