Schooner on tap at Hobart airport. Bronze amber beer with thin white head. Light carbonation. Very faint lemon nose. Earthy hop bitterness at first then some floral perfume notes. Finish is a little lemon then lingering hop bitterness. Pretty average APA. Not as good as their lager.

Bottle. Cloudy amber with a rocky off-white head. Aroma of citrus, spices, light biscuit, floral honey. Taste is dominated by lemon, grapefruit and spices. Bitterness is a little harsh. Crisp and refreshing, but a bit unbalanced.

Pours amber with a large, but rapidly fading head.Aroma is very malty, with lots of caramel. Not to be forgotten, the hop profile is earthy, resinous, with some orange blossom in there as well. The caramel carries through as a flavour, along with the resinous hops. Unfortunately the bitterness that follows is sharp and harsh.Carbonation is a little high, body a little watery.
