Aroma of hay, citrus, grass, lemon, hint of spice. Flavour is light sweet with a moderate bitter finish. Thin but tasty enough.

Very well made beer. The funk is spot on. The beer is slightly sweet for the style. Packs a bigger punch than the abv. Arendsnest ams

7-3-6-3-12 On tap @ Oedipus, Amsterdam. Pours cloudy, pale yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is tart lactic acid, with lemon peel and hay, as well as notes of smoke and zesty hops. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is zesty hops with notes of lemon, as well as lactic acid with musty fruit peel and minerals.

Bottle. Nice saison aroma, herbal, creamy and light berries. Touch of citrus too. Taste is also good, grainy, creamy, touch of malt. Light bitterness. Good taste for the strength. Like it!

Keg at Heidrun, Wycombe. Hazy pale yellow with a thin white head. Chalk and dishwater and vegetables. A bit of lemon coming through behind is the only redeeming feature. This is unpleasant. Is it meant to taste this bad?
