By using wheat, oats, and rye, besides barley malt, we tried to thicken up the body of this light, dry saison late and dry hopped with Saaz and East Kent Golding hops.

RB backlog, Bevog Festival 2018. Citrus, dextrose, sourish, wheat. Empty, soapy, a bit sweet and sour. Dusty finish. Light body, soft texture, soapy. Had high hopes & was let down.

15/03/2019 - draught tasting glass shared with rubin77 @BBP Dansaert. Hazy light yellow, nice small white head. Nose is malts, lemon. Taste is wattery, lemon, smoke feel, spice, yeast, sharp bitterness in the end,

Tasting glass from tap shared with Bierridder_S @ BBP brewery (visited 15.3.) F: medium, white, average retention. C: blonde, milky hazy. A: light malty, fruity, grassy, floral, spicy, yeasty, orange. T: malty, vaguely fruity, bit something like smoky touch or even strange bready spicy, bit orange, light body and medium carbonation, not bad but somehow not fully for me.

Fles gekregen van Tomhendriksen. Goudgeel licht troebel bier, veel schuim tijdens inschenken. Het heeft een moutige fruitige geur. De smaak is droog, kruidig. Wrange licht bittere nasmaak.

Pours unclear, straw yellow. Small white head. Smell is spiced ( orange peel like) scent reminds me more of a witbier than a saison ( or grisette) taste is sharp, due to a very high carbonation. Very dry, assertive bitterness. Nice drinkin' beer, but not my cup of tea.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Albert Heijn, Zaltbommel. Pale hazy yellow with a big white head. Fruity peppery aroma. Medium bitterness and a short dry finish. Body is medium. Nice light session saison.
