By using wheat, oats, and rye, besides barley malt, we tried to thicken up the body of this light, dry saison late and dry hopped with Saaz and East Kent Golding hops.

Draught at Lager Lager, Neukölln. Hazy, golden colour with a thin white head Tart fruity aroma with citrus, earthy notes, peppers, a good frutiness. Taste is light sweet. Filling mouthfeel for a 3.5 abv. Dry, fruity finish.

On tap at Lajbah, Ljubljana. Pours hazy yellow golden colour, topped with larger, medium lasting white head. Slight sourness in the aroma, strong white bready crust nose. Taste follows, gently soury with mild bitterness. Slightly sparkly, peppery. A bit peppery in the aftertaste. Light body. Fresh and light. Nice and summery.

Cloudy pale straw colour, fair frothy white head, half-way lasting, good lacing. Aroma wheat, lemon, cloves, yeast. Taste light to medium sweet and bitter and some light acidity, wheaty, lemon, grassy, yeasty, herbal notes. Mild sweetbitter aftertaste, bit lemon pith, very light acidity. Light body, watery texture, soft carbonation, refreshing light saison, decent.

Draft - Lemon citrus and wet grass. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Light and I would say a touch of grass and pale malt. Very light.
