330ml bottle into lager glass. Bought at Bowral hotel. Amber beer with a clingy fluffy white head. Lots of tiny bubbles. Smells of grain and malt. Good body, bitter at first then malt takes over. Lingering grain late on. Definitely leans towards a pils more than a lager. Not bad, certainly good in hot weather.

From a 330ml bottle on 14/1/2012. Pours a clear pale yellow with a small head. Has a modest grainy aroma. The flavour is sweet malt and a touch of citrus. For a pilsener, it has a disappointing hop profile. Just barely better than bog standard macro pale lager.

Bottle. Pale gold with a modest white head. Mild grainy aroma with citrus and weeds. Fizzy. Taste is sweet and grainy with some lager sourness and less than balancing bitterness.

Bottle. Clear straw colour with very little head. Reasonable aroma - hops, vegetable with some floral hints. Light body and carbonation. Crisp fruity floral foretaste with a fair amount of bitterness in the finish. Quite a nice beer.
