(Bottle) Pours a cloudy, slightly muddy, amber with no head. Pleasant subtle aroma of bananas with hints of bread. Medium body with very low carbonation. Fruity start with some distinct ester notes, develops into banana and citrus and finishes with some bitterness, and bananas. A bit odd, but drinkable.

On tap at Burleigh Brewing, pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of banana and clove. Flavour is big on the banana and fruity esters. Almost too banana-y. It's alright.

330ml bottle into glass. Acidic wheat nose. Hazy golden beer with solid white head. Creamy texture but aftertaste is too vegetal. Very slight late bitterness. The wheat is there, but hard to find. Disappointing.

The aroma is all banana and bubblegum, with more banana in the mouth. There’s also a pleasing amount of light citrusy hops on the palate. A pleasant heffeweisen.

Bottle. Hazy beer that’s more yellow than orange. Poor head. Aroma has sweet and sour wheat, lemon, banana, cloves. Quite bready but still light. Taste is fruity with some nice wheat and lemon sourness and a decent spicy finish. Solid beer.

Pours hazy pale gold with a very quickly disappearing head.Aroma shows light wheat, lemon and faint cloves. Little else.Same flavours, lots more of that bready wheat, followed by a subtle weak bitterness.Carbonation is too low for a wheat beer.

From a 330ml bottle on 20/2/2010. Has the typical wheat aroma of banana and cloves, but not a lot of that comes through when it hits the mouth. Just a hint of fruit of fair bit of sweetness. Not terrible but you’ll be wishing it was a Hoegaarden.
