Thanks Owen for the beer! Taster showing pale straw with half a finger of clean white foam. The nose shows moderately intense notes of peach and stone fruit. The palate is medium bodied and moderately carbonated. Balanced tartness with refreshing flavors of light peach and tropical hops.

Soft body. Amber colour. Few bubbles on top. Gentle brett with clean balanced sweetness. Nice bit of funk to it, plus juicy leathery peach notes. Good complexity. Really nice stuff.

golden color, wonderful hay, horseblanket and barnyard nose. Tart, tons of barnyard, hay and horseblanket. Great acidity, excellent mouthfeel. Nice lemony finish. Excellent. Barnyard finish. Really amazing. Definitely up there with the best gueuzes in america. Super fantastic.

'Bottle says 5%. Hazy straw with a small white head that doesn''t last. Aroma of lemons, the laundry, under-ripe nectarines and their stones. Light bodied, diluted kefir-like texture, low carbonation. Grainy with gentle lemony -- or even grapefruity -- sourness that gradually builds. Some twigs and spices at the end. Lovely balance and texture. Not particularly complex but _extremely_ refreshing.'
