Pours black with a large, lasting foam light tan head.Nose shows Brett, an almost vinegar-like note, and faint roasted malt.Flavours include more Brett, a bit of tang, some roasted malt with toasty notes and some booze. Whatever might have shown from the muesli is hidden by the Brett unfortunately.Very highly carbonated.

Bottle from the advent box. Almost black with a coat of tan head. Aroma of earthy coffee, cider vinegar, oak, grainy bread. Creamy with high carbonation. Better after a swirl or two. Softly sour with grainy and earthy notes giving way to twiggy and drying oaky ones. After a while the finish seems more coffee-like with berries, mild bitterness and astringency. Good, interesting. If I see more it would be worth seeing how it is after 3-5 years.
