Belle & Elegante is een mooi goud blond kleurig en elegant bier met een alcoholpercentage 6,5 % dat bij het begin van de degustatie zich laat kenmerken door een frisse maar toch volle smaak waarbij een vleugje zuiderse vruchten, zoals abrikoos geproefd kan worden wat te wijten is aan het gebruik van een Amerikaanse hopsoort. Doordat het bier een licht bittere afdronk heeft maakt dat het bier een ideale dorstlesser is in de zomer, maar uiteraard kan je op elk moment van de dag genieten van dit bier. Het is een bier wat de bierliefhebber, die eens wat anders wil zeker kan bekoren. Gezondheid!

Bottle. Floral aroma. Hint of citrus. Malty floral, slightly citric hopbitter flavor. Not unpleasant.

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Malt, yeast, yellow fruit. Taste: Malt, yeasty, herbal hints of coriander, hints of yellow fruit. Moderate to medium sweet, moderate bitterness. Medium body, foamy mouthfeel. Just below average carbonation. Pretty nice for a blond.

F: big, white, average retention. C: gold, almost clear. A: malty, bit fruity, spicy, caramel, bit DMS, bit bready. T: watery malty, bit caramel, bready, vaguely fruity, quite boring beer, medium body and carbonation, partially enjoyed, 33cl bottle from Prik&Tik Kampenhout bottle shop in Belgium.

6 3 7 3 13 Bottle, shared at July THT, in front of Kwartje. Hazy golden color. Rocky off white head. Aroma’s: sweetish, bready malts, yeasty. Sweetish and fruity retronasal. Flavor is moderate sweet with light bitterness. Medium bodied. Finish is slightly dry, caramellish, light bitter. Decent.

Bottle shared at THT July. Bit hazy golden with some stuff floating around. White head. Lots of sweet malts, some honey, light grass and lime peel. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied. Inoffensive blond.

THT July, outside of Kwartje. Hazy golden with white head. Sweet malts and coriander and cloves, spices and herbs. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body and average carbonation.

Bottle brought by a friend, 15 cl sample. Slight hazy golden color, medium frothy head. Aroma is mainly spicy and peppery, slight flowery hops and yeasty esters. Soft bitterness in taste, dry and spicy. Typical belgian blonde, but still on the spicy and estery side. Lots of yeast character. Decent though.

Bottle. Golden color. Aroma of yeast, malt and mild hop bitter. Simple taste of yeast, malt, hop bitters and some sweet fruit. Just a blonde.
