33cl bottle at L'antica Pizzeria Da Michele, Napoli. Pours slightly hazy pale golden with white head. Grainy aroma light citrusy notes. Bottled 330ml. -from Eataly Genova. Unclear golden coloured, minimal airy white head, weak grainy nose. Corn, cardboard, weak grain and that's it. Some light struck as well. Crap.

bottigli 33 cl, schiuma bianca media grana media persistenza, colore giallo limone torbido, al naso subito malto poi cereali limone note erbacee, in bocca è fruttata malto leggero agrumi, corpo leggero, carbonazione moderata, buon amaro lungo nel finale. 33 cl bottle, opalescent color short head. Flavor is slightly doughy with faint orange and metal. After taste is green apple. Abrupt finish, mild bitter, harsh. Yucky

'Bottle. Very slightly hazy gold with a white head that''s soon a coat, then less. 3- Grainy aroma with hop aromatics that hint at extracts and have a little lemon drops, metal and weeds. Carbonation is a bit lower than expected. The malt side of things is a little cleaner than suggested by the aroma and there''s roughness to the moderately bitter finish that you don''t get in normal Nastro Azzurro. That''s good and bad - and in the end mostly a wash. '

Il gusto al naso viene catturato da orzo e metallo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la costanza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma è destinato a vita breve. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di apparenza velata. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è medio. L'amaro è contenuto. L'intensità gustativa è normale, con continuità sufficiente. Il finale è secco, pulito e semplice. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sul tetto della bocca si depositano indizi di miele, cereali e agrumi.
