Tap. Unclear amber with a fine white head that lasts pretty well. Aroma is grainy with oranges white pepper and a little moody funk. Soft texture with grain and some vague fruit before it dries out - only a little - with some nice spices. I would have liked a fair bit more bitterness and an even drier finish, but it's a pleasant rustic beer that goes well with their food.
