Can. Almost clear gold with a white head. Aroma of sherbety mandarin, grapefruit, peach, crackers. Floaty, refined. Light bodied, a fair bit of carbonation. Dryish but with a firm, clean crackery malt base. The fruit is not as expressive as in the aroma and in the end is outmatched by strong & slightly peppery bitterness. Good. I was a little torn here because I liked the decisive dry bitter end but did feel it overwhelmed the surprisingly refined citrus aromatics.
