Probably should have been concentrating when I opened it. forgot it was a nitro and had to try to shake it after opening. As a result it lacks some fizz, but it still packs a punch. Heaps of malt flavour and lots of hops too. I get notes of vanilla, honey, lemon, caramel and toast.

355ml can into pint glass. Comes with instructions! A loud PFTTTTT and a huge stream of frothy cream poured out of the can. Hmm, interesting. How did they do that without a widget? Eventually a murky copper coloured beer appears below a large crown of sticky white foam. Nose is bitter sweet, grass, pepper, wood shavings, camphor? Nice lacing. Taste follows the nose. Finish is dry, slightly bitter, smoky. Yeah, it's a Vienna lager but with heaps more flavour. Very nice.

Can on a cold night in Melbourne. Amber with a dense 3/2cm head. Aroma of toasted sweet buns, tinned passionfruit, light spices. A taste reveals some mandarin too. Has that as heard through cotton wool muted palate but prickles of fruit and decent bitterness cut through at the end. Not really my sort of thing but is what it set out to be.
