NINA, a simple beer, created to be drank liter after liter, just like any other respectable Pilsner. Brewed with Pilsner malt and Aurora hops, the same noble and refined hop we use in our Doppelbock “Il Montante”. NINA has a moderate yet lasting bitterness that makes you crave for the next sip, a honey flavor with a herbal touch and a nice crisp aroma. Involving and Seductive

Bottiglia. Un arco olfattivo dominato dall'orzo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine, come al piano sottostante, dove il colore è giallo paglierino. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al gusto vengono donati sentori di miele, cereali, frutta secca, un accenno di resinoso quasi balsamico, erba e agrumi.

Draft. A golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, herbs, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Draft @ BBP Wanderlust festival 2019, shared with RB Belgian team. Dorée, col blanc. Arôme au nez plaisant classique pils - grains, houblon noble assez frais avec une note fine fleurie. Palais est léger malt pils, haut effervescence avec un caractère lager marqué, petit côté carton mouillé rappelant un effet riz. Note noble, terreuse et finement citronnée. Léger fini épicé - grains.

Clear blond beer, small creamy off-white head, little stable, bit adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: malty, grains, cow fodder. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: cow fodder, soft bitterness, malty, bit sweet, hoppy, grains. Aftertaste: bitter, fruity touch, cow fodder. Not a bad beer, but a bit one dimensional maybe.
