Draft @ BxlBeerFest 2019, day 2. Dorée, col blanc. Arôme au nez de cave/grains, fruits fermentés et fruits secs, note un peu de sous-bois. Palais est léger, fin malté - herbacé, veilles herbes, abricot séché, Irish moss, bourgeon de pin.

Sampled at BXL festival. Hazy light yellow with white head. Quite herbal, cloves, soft wheat and crisp malts, lemon peel, coriander. Under medium sweet and bitter. Light tart. Medium bodied.

BXL ‘19. Fairly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of big herbs and citrus. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
