zapach dość przyjemny, pomieszanie słodów i lekkiego, ziołowego chmielu. bardzo jasny, słomkowy kolor, zdecydowanie za jasny, piana obfita ale brzydka i nietrwała. w smaku kukurydza, woda i cukier. goryczki brak.

All the years I’ve had this when it was pushed in my face by BMC drinkers, I might as well say something on this.
Hmmm....what glassware haven’t I had this in.
Ok, here we go.
The appearance is a transparent yellow color with fast rising carbonation rising into the head that rapidly dissipates. The head lasts less than ten seconds and was about less than a half a finger’s worth.
The smell was basically cooked rice and corn.
The taste was the same leading into the same aftertaste and does not have a finish.
On the palate, it sits light and comes across extremely sessionable. The carbonation is fairly smooth and actually is good for the style.
Overall, this is your standard American Adjunct Lager, loved by many. For me, though not one I go out and buy, when this is offered at a party or cookout, depending upon what else is served, I won’t turn this down.

Poured from 500mL can. Pale, clear yellow with virtually no head. Aroma of corn and a bit of grain. Same flavour, mild sweet, but mostly just watery.

Keg at local pub [100414]
Very light blonde, clear, big streaming carbonation
Aroma of light sweet extremely pale malt, corn, nothing else, no off aromas
Taste is just water, dab of very light sweet pale malt, no hops at all, some artificial sweetness it seems in there, sugar, light corn...hardly any flavour just sugar
Palate - High carb, very light body, watery, rather sweet palate. Finish has a faint trace of light caramel
Overall - Not undrinkable (although I won’t be having this again), but watery and extremely dull. Made to be as tasteless as possible. Its just tastes of water, sugar and soft corn. Garbage. ’Our exclusive Beechwood Aging’ - yeah right.....

330ml bottle. Had this as a base beer at a course titled ’How to Judge Beer’, with various additives added such as diacetyl to show what brewing faults can occur in bad beer. This rating is for the first tasting of normal Budweiser, and I was shocked at how bland and tasteless it is. I’ve had this beer many times in my youth but it really was next to impossible to pick out any aroma or hop taste at all from this. Unbelievable.

Good looking 0,33 l bottle. Pours very pale and watery in the glass. Nice but short living head. Weak nose. Starts very thin, light citrus, hints of malt. Typical for a rice beer. Later cardboard with low bitterness. Drinkable but not an enjoyment.

568ml can from Scotmid. Drop the ABV then increase the serving size? That’s accountancy! 4.8%, must be another UK variation, as global brewers seem to think UK consumers don’t care or won’t taste the difference. In this case, mind you, they are right. I would be more than happy for this never to pass my lips again. Pale, wassy, nasty aftertaste. Yuck.

Making my way through Pale Lagers, and trying to seriously rate them as I would for any other beer, but its not easy. Pours a clear yellow into the pint glass. Huge white head that doesn’t go anywhere, almost no lacing. Aroma of corn, some skunky hops, cheerios. Taste is that plus the flavor of pennies in your mouth, grass, and leather. Thin watery mouthfeel, bland finish.
